OddsEdge aggregates publicly available sports betting odds from third-party data providers and displays potential arbitrage opportunities for informational and educational purposes. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept bets, or provide financial or gambling advice.

Odds data displayed on OddsEdge is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We make no guarantee that any opportunity displayed will be available, profitable, or free from error when you attempt to act on it. Always verify odds directly with the sportsbook before placing any bet.
Arbitrage opportunities can disappear within seconds. OddsEdge is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of acting on information displayed on this site.
Arbitrage betting may violate the terms of service of individual sportsbooks and may result in account limitations, restrictions, or bans. OddsEdge is not affiliated with any sportsbook and is not responsible for any action taken against your sportsbook accounts. You use this Service at your own risk.
Paid subscription plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. OddsEdge is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
All content, design, and code on OddsEdge is the property of OddsEdge and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ODDSEDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODDSEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR BETTING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold OddsEdge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
